By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Rules and any additional guidelines displayed for specific activities.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase a membership or use the Services.

Features may be introduced, modified, replaced or discontinued as the Club develops.

2. Independent Platform

Aryan Sellers Club is an independent business and community.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by or endorsed by Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Flipkart, Meesho, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google or any other marketplace, social-media platform or third-party service, unless expressly stated otherwise.

All third-party trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3. Membership Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate.
• You have authority to operate the shop registered with your account.
• You will use the Services for legitimate business purposes.
• You will comply with these Terms and our Community Rules.
• You will comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

We reserve the right to request reasonable verification of account or shop ownership where necessary.

4. One Membership = One Shop

Each Aryan Sellers Club membership is valid for one registered online shop only.

You may only submit, promote or participate using links belonging to the shop registered with your membership.

If you operate multiple Etsy shops or other marketplace stores and wish to participate with each shop, you must purchase a separate Aryan Sellers Club membership/account for each shop.

Using one membership to participate on behalf of multiple shops may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

5. Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when registering.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must not:

• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Sell or transfer your membership
• Impersonate another seller
• Create accounts using misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent account restrictions
• Allow another shop to use your membership

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Membership Plans & Fees

Access to certain Services requires a paid membership.

Membership pricing, duration, features and applicable taxes will be displayed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated to you before payment.

Membership benefits may vary according to the plan selected.

7. Membership Duration

Your membership remains active for the duration specified when you purchase your plan.

Unless automatic renewal is expressly disclosed and accepted at checkout, purchasing a membership does not automatically authorize us to charge you for another membership period.

If automatic renewal is offered, the applicable renewal terms will be disclosed separately.

8. Community Activities

Aryan Sellers Club may provide different teams and activities such as FAVATHON, CLICKATHON, INSTATHON, PINATHON, listing discussions, SEO activities, shop reviews and other seller challenges.

Each activity may have separate instructions.

By participating, you agree to:

• Read the activity instructions
• Participate honestly
• Complete actions you claim to have completed
• Avoid misleading other members
• Avoid fake screenshots or completion claims
• Avoid bots or unauthorized automation
• Follow applicable third-party platform rules

Repeatedly receiving community participation while deliberately failing to complete your required activities may result in restrictions or suspension.

9. Third-Party Platform Rules Take Priority

Members are responsible for understanding and complying with the policies of Etsy and any other third-party platform they use.

If an Aryan Sellers Club activity conflicts with the rules or policies of a third-party platform, you should not perform that activity and the third-party platform's rules take priority.

We may modify, restrict or discontinue an activity if we believe changes to a third-party platform's policies make the activity inappropriate or impractical.

10. No Guaranteed Search Position

Aryan Sellers Club provides community participation, education, tools and strategies intended to help sellers improve their online presence.

However, search algorithms are controlled entirely by the relevant marketplaces and platforms.

We therefore cannot guarantee any particular search position, page-one placement, keyword ranking, number of views, favourites, visitors, orders or level of revenue.

Marketplace algorithms may change without notice.

11. No Guaranteed Sales

Your results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including:

• Product demand
• Product quality
• Pricing
• Competition
• Listing photographs
• Titles and descriptions
• Customer reviews
• Shipping costs
• Delivery times
• Marketplace algorithms
• Seller performance
• Seasonality
• Customer service
• Geographic demand
• Market conditions

Examples, testimonials or results achieved by other members do not guarantee that you will achieve identical results.

The only refund commitment we provide is the specific 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee described below, subject to its eligibility requirements.

12. 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible membership plans may include our 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you follow all required Aryan Sellers Club guidelines and complete all designated required activities consistently for 365 consecutive days, but your qualifying sales during that period do not equal or exceed the amount paid for the eligible membership plan, you may submit a refund request after completing the full 365-day period.

Approval is subject to verification of eligibility.

13. Requirements for the 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify, you must satisfy all applicable requirements, including:

1. Maintain an active eligible membership for the required 365-day period.
2. Follow all applicable Community Rules.

14. Guarantee Verification

To protect the community against fraudulent refund claims, we may verify:

• Relevant sales information
• Supporting screenshots or documentation
• Other information reasonably necessary to establish eligibility

Any information submitted for verification will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Providing false, altered or misleading evidence may result in rejection of the refund claim and termination of membership.

15. What Counts as Sales for the Guarantee

For purposes of the 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee, “qualifying sales” means the gross value of legitimate customer orders received through the shop registered with the eligible membership during the applicable 365-day qualification period, subject to any exclusions stated in the guarantee policy.

Cancelled, fraudulent, test or fully refunded orders may be excluded.

Taking participation from other members while deliberately refusing to reciprocate as required by an activity may constitute abuse of the community.

18. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Aryan Sellers Club to:

• Spam other members
• Post unrelated promotional links
• Commit fraud
• Harass or threaten members
• Impersonate another person or business
• Submit deliberately false information
• Use fake screenshots
• Circumvent account restrictions
• Operate multiple shops through one membership
• Use bots or prohibited automation
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Scrape member information without authorization
• Violate another person's intellectual property
• Conduct unlawful activities
• Misuse another member's personal information
• Intentionally interfere with the operation of the Services

Violations may result in restrictions, suspension or permanent termination.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Aryan Sellers Club name, branding, website design, original written materials, training resources, graphics and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Aryan Sellers Club.

Membership does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit members-only materials without written permission.

20. Member Content

You retain ownership of content that you own and submit to the community.

By posting content where it is intended to be displayed to other members, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Services.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to content you submit.

21. Respect Other Sellers' Intellectual Property

You must not copy another seller's product photographs, descriptions, designs, artwork, branding or other protected material without appropriate permission.

Aryan Sellers Club may remove content or restrict accounts where credible intellectual-property concerns arise.

22. Account Suspension

We may temporarily suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that a member has violated these Terms, Community Rules, activity requirements or security policies.

Where appropriate, we may provide a warning or opportunity to correct the violation.

Serious misconduct may result in immediate suspension.

23. Permanent Account Termination

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.

Examples may include:

• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated fake participation
• Deliberately using one membership for multiple shops
• Harassment or threats
• Repeated spam
• Fake accounts
• Manipulation of participation records
• Attempts to circumvent previous suspensions
• Serious misuse of member information

Termination resulting from a member's violation does not automatically create a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

24. Service Availability

We aim to keep Aryan Sellers Club available and functioning reliably, but continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security issues or circumstances outside our control.

We may also introduce, modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
