आर्यन सेलर्स क्लब — कम्युनिटी नियम एवं दिशानिर्देश
Aryan Sellers Club is built on fair participation, honesty, mutual support and responsible community behaviour. By becoming a member, you agree to follow all the rules below.
Aryan Sellers Club निष्पक्ष भागीदारी, ईमानदारी, आपसी सहयोग और जिम्मेदार व्यवहार पर आधारित एक seller community है। सदस्य बनने के बाद आप नीचे दिए गए सभी नियमों और दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।
1. Follow All Community Rules
सभी Community Rules का पालन करें
As a member of Aryan Sellers Club, you must follow all Community Rules, activity instructions and team-specific guidelines. Failure to follow the rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account, depending on the seriousness and frequency of the violation.
Aryan Sellers Club के सदस्य के रूप में आपको सभी Community Rules, activity instructions और अलग-अलग teams के guidelines का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर violation की गंभीरता और बार-बार नियम तोड़ने के आधार पर आपके account को warning, temporary suspension या permanently terminate किया जा सकता है।
2. Participate Honestly
सभी Activities में ईमानदारी से Participate करें
Honest participation is one of the most important rules of our community. Never claim to have completed an activity that you have not actually completed.
For example, if an activity requires you to visit, favourite, review or otherwise engage with a certain number of participating listings, you must genuinely complete the required actions before claiming completion.
ईमानदारी से participate करना हमारी community के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण नियमों में से एक है। जिस activity को आपने वास्तव में पूरा नहीं किया है, उसे पूरा करने का दावा कभी न करें।

3. Follow the Instructions of Every Activity
हर Activity के Instructions को ध्यान से Follow करें
Every team and activity may have different participation rules. Always read the instructions carefully before posting your product or shop.
For example, if you are participating in a "Post 5 & Fav 5" thread, you must complete the required favourites according to that thread's instructions before or alongside posting your own product.
The same principle applies to FAVATHON, CLICKATHON, INSTATHON, PINATHON and all other Club activities.
हर team और activity के participation rules अलग-अलग हो सकते हैं। अपना product या shop post करने से पहले उस activity के instructions को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
उदाहरण के लिए, अगर आप "Post 5 & Fav 5" thread में participate कर रहे हैं, तो अपने product को post करने के साथ उस thread के rules के अनुसार required products को favourite करना भी जरूरी है।
यही नियम FAVATHON, CLICKATHON, INSTATHON, PINATHON और Club की अन्य सभी activities पर लागू होगा।
4. One Aryan Sellers Club Account = One Shop
एक Aryan Sellers Club Account = एक Shop
Each Aryan Sellers Club membership/account can be associated with one Etsy shop only.
You may only post links belonging to the Etsy shop registered with your Aryan Sellers Club account.
एक Aryan Sellers Club membership/account के साथ केवल एक Etsy shop register की जा सकती है।
आप केवल उसी Etsy shop के products या listings के links post कर सकते हैं जो आपके Aryan Sellers Club account के साथ registered है।
5. Multiple Shops Require Separate Memberships
Multiple Shops के लिए Separate Membership जरूरी है
If you operate multiple Etsy shops and want to participate with each shop, you must have a separate Aryan Sellers Club account/membership for each shop.
Posting links from another Etsy shop using your existing membership may result in suspension. Deliberately using one membership to promote multiple shops may result in a permanent ban.
अगर आपकी एक से ज्यादा Etsy shops हैं और आप सभी shops के साथ activities में participate करना चाहते हैं, तो आपको हर Etsy shop के लिए अलग Aryan Sellers Club account/membership लेना होगा।
एक membership से किसी दूसरी Etsy shop की listings post करने पर आपका account suspend किया जा सकता है। जानबूझकर एक membership से multiple shops promote करने पर आपको permanently ban किया जा सकता है।
6. No Spam or Unrelated Links
Spam या Unrelated Links Post न करें
Do not post unrelated links, repeated promotional messages, advertisements, affiliate links, referral links or content unrelated to the activity.
Only post your links in the appropriate team, thread or activity.
किसी भी activity में unrelated links, बार-बार promotional messages, advertisements, affiliate links, referral links या activity से संबंधित न होने वाला content post न करें।
अपनी shop या product links केवल उसी team, thread या activity में post करें जहाँ उन्हें post करने की अनुमति है।
7. No Fake Participation
Fake Participation बिल्कुल स्वीकार नहीं होगी
Fake screenshots, false completion claims, deliberately misleading other members, impersonation, duplicate identities or attempts to exploit the community system are prohibited.
Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or a permanent ban.
Fake screenshots देना, activity पूरी किए बिना completion claim करना, दूसरे members को जानबूझकर mislead करना, duplicate identity बनाना या community system का गलत फायदा उठाना सख्त मना है।
गंभीर या बार-बार ऐसा करने पर आपका account तुरंत suspend या permanently ban किया जा सकता है।
8. Respect Other Members
दूसरे Members का सम्मान करें
Treat every community member professionally and respectfully. Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, personal attacks or intentionally disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Treat other sellers the way you would expect them to treat you.
Community के सभी members के साथ सम्मान और professional तरीके से व्यवहार करें। Harassment, abusive language, धमकी, discrimination, personal attacks या जानबूझकर community का माहौल खराब करने वाला behaviour स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
दूसरे sellers के साथ वैसा ही व्यवहार करें जैसा आप उनसे अपने लिए चाहते हैं।
9. Don't Copy Other Sellers
दूसरे Sellers को Copy न करें
The community is designed to help sellers learn from each other, but learning does not mean copying.
Do not copy another member's photographs, product descriptions, artwork, designs, branding or other intellectual property without permission.
यह community sellers को एक-दूसरे से सीखने में मदद करने के लिए बनाई गई है, लेकिन सीखने का मतलब किसी दूसरे seller को copy करना नहीं है।
बिना permission किसी दूसरे member की product photos, descriptions, artwork, designs, branding या अन्य intellectual property को copy न करें।
10. Protect Community Privacy
Community की Privacy का सम्मान करें
Information shared inside members-only areas should be treated responsibly. Do not collect, publish, share or misuse another member's personal or confidential business information.
Members-only areas में share की गई information का जिम्मेदारी से उपयोग करें। किसी दूसरे member की personal या confidential business information को बिना अनुमति collect, publish, share या misuse न करें।
11. Don't Take Support Without Giving Support
केवल Support लें नहीं — Support दें भी
Aryan Sellers Club works when members participate fairly.
Do not repeatedly post your own products and receive support while avoiding the activities you are required to complete for other members.
Members who repeatedly take support without reciprocating according to the activity rules may have their participation privileges restricted or account suspended.
Aryan Sellers Club तभी सही तरीके से काम करता है जब सभी members निष्पक्ष रूप से participate करते हैं।
सिर्फ अपने products post करके दूसरे members से support लेना और बदले में required activities पूरी न करना स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
जो members बार-बार support लेते हैं लेकिन activity rules के अनुसार दूसरे members को support नहीं करते, उनके participation privileges restrict किए जा सकते हैं या account suspend किया जा सकता है।
12. Use Genuine Accounts
केवल Genuine Accounts का इस्तेमाल करें
Where an activity involves an external platform, members should use accounts they legitimately control.
Creating or using fake, automated or deceptive accounts for generating artificial activity is prohibited.
जहाँ किसी activity में external platform का इस्तेमाल होता है, वहाँ members को केवल उन्हीं accounts का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए जिन्हें वे legitimately control करते हैं।
Artificial activity generate करने के उद्देश्य से fake, automated या deceptive accounts बनाना या इस्तेमाल करना prohibited है।
13. No Bots or Automated Participation
Bots या Automated Tools का इस्तेमाल न करें
Bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, automated engagement services or similar software may not be used to complete Aryan Sellers Club activities.
Activities should be completed genuinely by the participating member.
Aryan Sellers Club की activities पूरी करने के लिए bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, automated engagement services या इसी तरह के software का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जा सकता।
Activities participating member द्वारा genuinely complete की जानी चाहिए।
14. Follow the Rules of External Platforms
Etsy और अन्य Platforms के Rules का पालन करें
Aryan Sellers Club is an independent seller community and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Instagram, Pinterest or other marketplaces/platforms.
Members are responsible for complying with the current policies and terms of every external platform they use. If any Club activity conflicts with a platform's rules, the platform's rules take priority and you should not perform that activity.
Aryan Sellers Club एक independent seller community है और यह Etsy, Instagram, Pinterest या किसी अन्य marketplace/platform से affiliated या endorsed नहीं है।
हर member की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह इस्तेमाल किए जाने वाले external platforms की current policies और terms का पालन करे। अगर Club की कोई activity किसी platform के rules से conflict करती है, तो platform के rules को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी और आपको वह activity नहीं करनी चाहिए।
15. Report Unfair Participation
गलत Participation को Report करें
If you believe another member is repeatedly claiming activities without completing them, abusing the system or violating Community Rules, report the member to the Aryan Sellers Club team.
Do not start arguments or publicly attack the member. Our team may review available activity records and evidence before taking action.
अगर आपको लगता है कि कोई member बिना activities पूरी किए completion claim कर रहा है, system का गलत फायदा उठा रहा है या Community Rules का उल्लंघन कर रहा है, तो उसे Aryan Sellers Club team को report करें।
उस member के साथ publicly बहस या personal attack न करें। कोई action लेने से पहले हमारी team available activity records और evidence को review कर सकती है।
16. Suspension & Permanent Ban
Account Suspension और Permanent Ban
Depending on the violation, Aryan Sellers Club may issue a warning, restrict participation, temporarily suspend an account or permanently terminate membership.
Serious violations—including fraud, fake participation, deliberately using one membership for multiple shops, repeated abuse, harassment or attempts to manipulate the community—may result in an immediate permanent ban.
Violation की गंभीरता के अनुसार Aryan Sellers Club किसी member को warning दे सकता है, participation restrict कर सकता है, account temporarily suspend कर सकता है या membership permanently terminate कर सकता है।
Fraud, fake participation, जानबूझकर एक membership से multiple shops चलाना, repeated abuse, harassment या community system को manipulate करने जैसी गंभीर violations पर तुरंत permanent ban लगाया जा सकता है।
